Westside Knights 2 - 0 YFC

Last weekend Yaletown lost to an experienced and well organized Westside Knights team who did the little things right. They kept their shape, scored a nice headed goal from a good cross and put one away in a scramble near the 6 yard box. YFC had a hard time getting anything together, especially their passing and were just not connecting anywhere on the field. The second half was somewhat better than the first but still, not enough to topple the Knights who did play very well and deserved to win.

Onward to this weekend’s match against first place Unicorns FC at scenic David Lam Park which will most likely result in the first mud bath of the season.
